Returns & Refunds
Item modification / resizing.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the size that has been submitted upon purchasing is the correct size. We, as Baguette Design do not hold any responsibility for incorrect sizes upon delivery.
Exceptions would be given to the following circumstances:
Items received as gifts
Please contact us for any resizing discussions, if an agreement has been made, the client is entitled to a resizing only once for free. Any requests for resizing after the first time would be chargeable.
RETURNS
Here at Baguette Design, we understand the value of the sentimentality of jewelry therefore all pieces sold are all made to order to each client as per their size and specifications to ensure that all clients receive items especially made for them and for that reason, we do not offer a return policy on any of our products in normal circumstances.
There are few exceptions to this policy which follows:
- Any physical damage to the item upon the client receiving it within 24 hours of its delivery date. We will attempt to replace or repair the item depending on the damage that is on the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund to the client.
- Missing items or wrong items being delivered due to an error in the delivery process might will warrant proper exchange or return as special cases.
As described in these Terms, we do not guarantee the satisfaction of any products sold on our website, so any satisfaction concern, such as if the product appearance does not appeal to you or if you find out that a product does not function as advertised by the manufacturer or us, then we are not obligated to accept the return of any such items.
In accordance with the above-mentioned provisions, for any return-related concerns, you must contact us at Baguettedesign@hotmail.com or DM us on our Instagram page from your registered email address and provide full details, including the order ID, names of items that are subject to the complaint, and specific reasons for the return, as explained above. We may contact you requesting more details and will reply using email or by calling the phone number registered in the order.
If a return is approved by our team, we will appoint a delivery agent to contact you to pick up the returned items and provide you with either a replacement, repair or refund.
The agent will contact you using the phone number register with us at the time of placing the order. Failure to contact you for more than 3 attempts after sending the return confirmation email may result in voiding the return decision and cancelling any committed refunds.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once you have confirmed payment for your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
You have up to twenty-four (24) hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund; after that, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
REFUNDS
Please note that due to all items being made to order specifically for each client therefore we do not do refunds on items sold to the client, it is only on very special and specific cases that a refund would be approved. If those special cases happen to happen, then kindly follow the following steps
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Should you not receive a notification of the refund we request that you conduct the following steps
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company as a next step if you don’t see it on your bank statement as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
REPAIRS & DAMAGES:
If you face any issues with the delivery such as damages, missing pieces or broken or faulty products, with no fault of your own and proof that the item has not been worn, you must communicate any concerns to us.
Shipment of the damaged, missing pieces or faulty products back to us shall be at your own expense, and we will send it back to you at no additional charge.
One year WARRANTY:
Here at Baguette Design, we offer a one year warranty from the date of purchase to our client. We are happy to repair, polish any damage that can occur to the items as a result from normal wear and tear conditions, including any stones falling out. This will be with no extra cost if a request comes in during the one year warranty.

Please note The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse or neglect.
Should you face any issues with the product after the passing of the 6 months period, kindly inform us on baguettedesign@hotmail.com or DM us on our Instagram page and we will provide you with a repair estimate before you ship it back to us, and we will let you know if it will be possible to fix.
Shipping the product back to us will be at your own expense unless agreed to otherwise.
